Keeping your Transport Operators Licence:

Many operators of small or medium sized companies are concentrating on the ‘day to day’ business and may not be fully aware of the obligations they undertook when being granted their operating licence.

The conference gives you the opportunity to hear about current legislation and how it impacts your business – to keep your licence.

In addition, you will hear about new rules and regulations on how to operate your transport legally.

Transport Compliance:

  • What are the main issues that come before the West Midlands Traffic Commissioner and how they are enforced?
  • Why be a legally compliant operator?
  • New legislation
  • How to protect your operators’ licence

Clean Air Zones:

  • What will be the effects of the introduction of the Clean Air Zones being introduced in Birmingham?
  • What areas will be covered?
  • As an operator how can this be handled?
