At one of our recent Gate Checks, a member of our Compliance Team spotted that the Wheel Nut Indicators fitted to the rear wheels, were a different make and size to the ones used on the front wheels, and setup differently, making it harder to spot if movement had occurred since the last check.
The rear indicators may have been just too long to point towards each other in pairs, but not quite long enough to all point the same way!
