When an operator is asked to attend a DVSA interview the officers complete a form called a “TEVR” -Traffic Examiner Vehicle report or a “MIVR" Motor Inspection Vehicle report. These also mirror our templates where we try to ensure that you receive a good compliance score of 0, being satisfactory, as opposed to a 3 where no systems are in place. The higher the score the more non-compliant your operation is and if you score over 7 the report will be sent to the Office of the Traffic Commissioner. This may result in a Preliminary or Public Inquiry ending up costing you thousands of pounds. The sooner you contact us the better.
