Last Thursday (29 August) the Online Driver Enquiry service (ODE) was not available and work was underway to fix it.
The system has now been fixed. You will be able to log in and see how many hours of periodic training you’ve completed.
If you’ve completed training in the past week
Training providers are now able to upload training records from the past week.
There is likely to be a backlog of records to upload, so any training you completed last week may not show on ODE immediately.
These records should be up to date in the next couple of days.
If you haven’t received your new card
Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) cards will automatically be generated for drivers when their 35 hours training is recorded as complete.
You can still drive professionally if you’ve completed 35 hours of periodic training and are waiting for your new CPC card to arrive.
